This week your fix of Selling Unique inspo is a little different…
I was recently a guest on The Copywriter Club podcast with Rob Marsh & Kira Hug, and we had a good old natter.
(That’s old people English for a chinwag… you know, a chit-chat, confab, chewing the fat, shooting the shizzle.)
It was my second time on the TCC poddy, exactly 100 episodes after my first. In the meantime they filled the gap with know-nothing newbies like Seth Godin, Jay Abraham and Kevin Rogers. Haha.
We talked about:
Questions (a lot! And you know by now how important the right ones are to your biz)…
Selling Unique – what it really means, and why I’ve made it a huge part of what I do this past year…
Why I moved to Berlin (and why I kinda made it difficult for myself)…
Comfort zones, and if they’re ALWAYS bad..?
Who I think should have more faith in their work and their process, and why that is (it’s not about arrogance, it’s about BELIEF)…
Something a lot of clients tell me I’m good at that really surprised me – for a while…
And why expectations SUCK, in most cases.
Head to the poddy to hear me yappin’.
Kira and Rob also asked a great question near the end of the interview that really got me thinking…
And weirdly, I’d flipped open a book to a random page earlier that day and landed on a quote that pretty much nailed how I wanted to answer their Q.

Podcasts are great, but I don’t listen to enough. What’s your personal favourite?
Hit up the comments below, I’d love a recommendation. Any kind, any theme. Except politics, of which I’ve kind of had enough right now…
Cheers,
Pete
PS – I still have a couple of spots left for April where you can Ask Me Anything about your most important marketing message and how to improve it.
